Les directives d'application sont les suivantes :
FBF accepte actuellement les propositions à prendre en considération pour le financement de la subvention. Les projets proposés doivent être liés au développement communautaire OU liés à l'aide humanitaire. Dans le domaine du développement communautaire, cette année une priorité spéciale sera donnée à un ou plusieurs projets axés sur les opportunités d'éducation des filles.
FBF donne la priorité aux propositions qui :
1) Sont initiées par des Burkinabé,
2) Répondent à un ou plusieurs besoins exprimés par la potentielle communauté bénéficiaire,
3), Gérées par une organisation non gouvernementale compétente prête à assumer les responsabilités fiduciaires, et
4) Renforcent les capacités institutionnelles, comme
peut en témoigner la participation locale (au niveau du village) aussi bien aux activités du projet qu’à son leadership.
Compte tenu de notre capacité de collecte de fonds limitée, nous pouvons seulement financer les demandes allant de USD $5 000 à $15,000 avec une orientation communautaire claire et des avantages sociaux bien définis et durables. Les Amis du Burkina Faso collabore uniquement avec des organisations ayant un récépissé officiel, un compte bancaire officiel (La Poste n’est pas admissible), et la capacité de soumettre des reçus, un rapport provisoire, un rapport final, et des photos illustrant l’avancement du projet.
Pour soumettre une proposition, le formulaire disponible ici doit être rempli et votre proposition ne devrait pas dépasser 5 pages (excluant la copie de votre récépissé et le budget du projet). Si nous recevons un très grand nombre de propositions, FBF se réserve le droit de limiter les propositions aux 25 premières reçues. Les organisations sont donc encouragées à soumettre leur proposition le plus tôt possible.

Les propositions reçues après cette date limite ne seront pas prises en considération.
N.B. : Les subventions seront distribuées en fin janvier 2025.

Application guidelines are as follows:
Proposed projects must be related to community development OR related to humanitarian assistance. In the area of community development, this year special priority will be given to one or more projects focused on girls' educational opportunities.
FBF gives priority to proposals that:
1) Are initiated by Burkinabé,
2) Respond to one or more needs expressed by the potential beneficiary community,
3) Managed by a competent non-governmental organization ready to assume fiduciary responsibilities, and
4) Build institutional capacity, as evidenced by local (village level) participation in both project activities and leadership.
Given our limited fundraising capacity, FBF can only fund requests ranging from USD $5,000 to$15,000. Proposed projects must have a clear community focus and well-defined andsustainable social benefits. FBF only works with non-profit organizations that are recognized by the government of Burkina Faso and possess a valid récépissé. Additionally, organizations must have a valid bank account (the Post Office does not qualify) and must commit to submitting receipts, an interim report, a final report, and photos illustrating the progress of the project.
To submit a proposal, the form available here must be completed, and your proposal must not exceed 5 pages (excluding the copy of the récépissé and the project budget). If this link isn't working, scroll to the bottom of this page where it says "Downloads" and click on the document titled "Grant Proposal Guidelines". If FBF receives an overwhelming number of proposals, FBF reserves the right to limit the proposals to the first 25 received. Organizations are therefore encouraged to submit their proposal as early as possible.
All proposals must be submitted via email to projects@friendsofburkinafaso.org by 31 August 2024.
Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
Grants to the selected projects will be distributed in late January 2025.
